The first frame works. "Never miss a dose." is a benefit you get in one read, and the notification banner sitting over the Today screen shows the promise instead of only stating it. The serif headline against a warm cream ground also looks different from the usual dark health app, which helps it stand out in a row of search results.
This is also one of the few listings we checked that localizes the screenshots properly. We compared the first screenshot across the US, DE, JP, ES, FR, IT, PT, TR and SA storefronts. German, Japanese, Spanish, French, Italian and Portuguese each get their own headline, and the app screen inside the device frame is translated too: the German version reads "Heute" and "Eingetragen" in the UI, not English under a German caption.
Two things we would change. The Turkish and Saudi storefronts still show the English first screenshot, even though the listing declares Turkish and Arabic as supported languages. Those two are the gap in an otherwise complete set. And the Today dashboard is dense: at thumbnail size the rows of numbers and chips read as texture, so the frame sells the headline and the banner but none of the data.
The one fix that matters: add Turkish and Arabic versions of the first screenshot. The work is already done for six other languages, so this is the cheapest gain left.
