The first frame is the weak one, and the second frame already fixes it. Frame one says "Your Smart Life Tracker & Assistant" over a large hand holding a small phone. That headline could belong to any of a hundred apps. It never says family, medicines or bills, which are the three things the description opens with, and the app is called a Family Hub.
Frame two, "Never Miss a Reminder", is much better: four short feature tiles above a real Reminders screen with summary counts and an overdue electricity bill. It is concrete and it fits the Indian market the app is built for, with amounts in rupees. That is the frame that should lead.
On localization, we compared the first screenshot across the US, DE, JP, ES, FR, IT, PT, TR and SA storefronts. It is the same file in all nine, and the listing declares one language, English. That is a fair choice for a product aimed at Indian families, but it means the rupee figures and the English copy are what every other storefront sees too.
The one fix that matters: replace the first frame headline with the job itself, for example medicines, bills and appointments for the whole family, and let the phone take most of the frame instead of the hand.
