How to Request a Refund

  2. Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
  3. Tell us why (optional, but helps us improve)

Refund processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Subscription Renewals

Refunds are for the initial period only. Cancel before renewal to avoid charges.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime from your Account page. After cancellation:

  • Access until end of billing period
  • No renewal charge
  • Account reverts to Free plan
  • Projects and data preserved

Exceptions

  • Requests after 30 days
  • Accounts terminated for TOS violations
  • Multiple refund requests from same user
