200 indie apps opted in to share anonymized App Store Connect analytics. All apps had at least 500 product page views per month. CVR = First-Time Downloads ÷ Product Page Views for the five-month window (January-May 2026). English (US) storefront only. Browse traffic (Today tab, category browse) and search traffic are combined in the headline figure; source-split data appears in Section 3. Apps with active Apple Search Ads campaigns were included because paid search CVR reflects screenshot quality as much as organic.
