Cancelling your subscription
Cancel a Shotlingo plan from your account page and understand what happens to your projects.
You can cancel yourself at any time. There is no retention call and no cancellation fee.
Cancel your plan
- 1 Open your account page.
- 2 Find your current subscription in the plan section.
- 3 Select Cancel subscription.
- 4 Confirm. You will get an email receipt of the cancellation.
What happens next
- You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- After that your account moves to the Free plan.
- Your projects, uploads, and translations stay in your account. Nothing is deleted on cancellation.
- Export and any tier-specific features stop being available once you are on Free.
Resubscribing
Start a new plan from the same account at any time and everything is exactly where you left it.
