Upgrading or downgrading
Change your Shotlingo plan and understand how billing is prorated.
You can move between plans at any time. Your projects and translations are untouched by a plan change; only the limits and available features shift.
Change your plan
- 1 Open your account page.
- 2 Select the plan section to see your current tier.
- 3 Choose the plan you want to move to.
- 4 Confirm at the checkout. The change takes effect immediately.
How billing works on a change
- Upgrading takes effect at once, and you are charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current period.
- Downgrading takes effect at once for access, with the credit applied to your next invoice.
- Switching between monthly and yearly follows the same proration.
If you downgrade below your usage
Nothing is deleted. If you have more cloud projects than the lower tier allows, existing projects stay readable and you will not be able to create new ones until you are back under the limit.
Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Invoices and receipts come from Paddle and include the tax treatment for your country.
