Resetting a forgotten password
Recover access to your Shotlingo account with a password reset email.
You can sign in to Shotlingo with an email and password, or with Google. If you use a password and cannot remember it, reset it by email.
Reset your password
- 1 Open the sign-in page and select the forgotten password link.
- 2 Enter the email address on your account.
- 3 Open the email we send and follow the link.
- 4 Set a new password and sign in.
About the reset link
- It is valid for one hour.
- It can only be used once.
- Requesting a new one invalidates the previous link.
If the email does not arrive
Check your spam folder first. If it is not there, confirm you are using the address you signed up with. If you originally signed up with Google, there is no password on the account at all, so sign in with the Google button instead.
If you receive reset emails you did not request, reply to one and we will lock the account down.
