Verifying your email address

Confirm your email so Shotlingo can reach you about your projects and billing.

After you sign up we send a verification email. Confirming it makes sure receipts, password resets, and any notice about your projects actually reach you.

Verify your address

  1. 1 Open the email titled "Verify your Shotlingo email".
  2. 2 Follow the link in it.
  3. 3 You are returned to Shotlingo with the address confirmed.

If it did not arrive

  • Check spam and any promotions tab.
  • Confirm the address you typed at signup was correct.
  • Request a new verification email; the previous link stops working when you do.

Signing in with Google

If you signed up with the Google button, your address is already verified by Google and there is nothing extra to do.

You are not blocked from using Shotlingo while your address is unverified, but we strongly recommend verifying so a password reset is possible later.
