Using stickers and shapes
Add shapes, arrows, badges, and decorative elements to your App Store screenshots.
Elements are the shapes and decorative art you layer around your device frame. Used sparingly they guide the eye. Used heavily they turn a screenshot into visual noise.
Add an element
- 1 Open the Elements tab in the left sidebar.
- 2 Browse the categories or search for what you need.
- 3 Select an element to place it on the canvas.
- 4 Recolour it from the Fill section of the properties panel.
Where elements earn their place
- Callout arrows pointing at the one feature the screenshot is about.
- Badges for social proof, such as a rating or an award.
- Repeating background shapes, such as dots or blobs, that carry across pages and tie the set together.
- Dividers that separate the headline zone from the device zone.
Keep the pattern consistent
Decorative elements work best as a repeating motif rather than a one-off. If you place a shape trail on page one, continue it on the following pages so the eye travels through the set. Scattering different elements on each page makes the listing look assembled rather than designed.
Sticker usage is metered per day and the daily allowance depends on your plan.
