Choosing a device frame

Wrap your capture in an iPhone, iPad, or Android mockup from the Shotlingo device library.

A device frame is the phone or tablet body drawn around your screenshot. It tells a browsing user at a glance that they are looking at a real app, and it gives your layout a focal point.

Add a frame

1 Open the Mockups tab in the left sidebar.
2 Browse or search for the device you want. The library covers current and recent iPhone, iPad, Pixel, and Galaxy models.
3 Select a mockup to place it on the page.
4 Drag your uploaded screenshot onto the device to fit it into the screen area.

Flat and angled mockups

Flat mockups face the viewer straight on and your screenshot is composited into the screen area at full fidelity. Angled mockups are rendered in perspective, which looks striking on a hero page but costs you readable detail. A common pattern is an angled frame on page one and flat frames after that.

Colour variants

Most devices ship with several body colours. Pick the one with the most contrast against your background, not the one that matches it, or the device edge disappears.

The full device library is available on every plan, including Free. Frames are never paywalled.
